12% Horse Pellet – An economical 12% crude protein horse pellet to be fed to all classes of equine.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS:

Feed horses at a regular time 7 to 8 lbs. per day. Working horses should be fed 1 to 2 hours before working and feed hay 1/3 of ration early and 2/3 balance after work. Horses should consume 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. of long roughage (hay) per 100 lbs. of body weight. Feed broodmares twice daily, dividing ration. Feed racing horses 3 times daily, dividing ration. Keep salt, Heritage Horse Mineral and clean fresh water available at all times. Do not over feed as it can cause founder or colic.
